To select the best welders for shipbuilding projects we have opened a test & training center where all the candidates before start working show their abilities in the mean of quality and speed. As selection and evaluation of applicants to work for us in shipbuilding industry is fundamental, though it is not the only one. We always encourage, motivate and invite our own workers to increase their competence. Therefore, our employees can come to our test and training center to improve their skills and/or obtain additional specializations using different welding positions, techniques, materials. Here they can also develop their welding skills with greater quality and and higher pace to become even better specialists and inseparable part of our team.
