What are the criteria for certifying companies and their managers?

The most important evaluation criteria for awarding the “STRONGEST IN LITHUANIA 2018” and “STRONGEST MANAGERS IN LITHUANIA 2018” certificates are a high credit rating, which shows a low predicted statistical probability of default for 90 days or more in the next 12 months. The solvency of companies is assessed and rated on the basis of credit history, which consists of the company’s financial obligations, payment history, financial results and their changes – changes in income, profit, liquidity, equity and other financial indicators. Business interfaces, foreclosures, the state of the sector and other relevant information are also taken into account. In total, a credit rating takes into account more than 100 different variables that have different effects on a company’s rating.

The manager is granted a  “THE STRONGEST MANAGERS IN LITHUANIA 2018” certificate based on the statistical rating model, if its forecasted probability of late payment does not exceed 1.7 percent.
